



Fees
Pay As You Go Services
- Fees are charged on an hourly basis at a rate of $25.00/hour CDN plus GST
- Invoices are billed at the completion of each project.
Terms & Conditions
- Additional expenses such as postage, courier, photocopying, long distance fees etc. will be charged to the client at the actual cost.
- Minimum charge of 1 hour on smaller projects. Billing will be charged in 5-minute increments thereafter.
- Invoices are payable on receipt and incur interest on the unpaid amount at a rate of 6% per overdue month.
- Payment is in Canadian funds and can be made by cheque or money order.
- Confidential information includes all information and material belonging to, used by, or in the possession of the client. Green Gecko Office Solutions undertakes not to disclose confidential information without the prior written consent of the client.
